Personal Impact Statement

Ashjar at Al Barari is designed to Al Barari’s aspiration to cultivate “a unique vision of high-end living in harmony with the natural environment.”

The development comprises 300 luxury apartments within secluded low rise buildings, each carefully woven at canopy level into a lush forest landscape. Dense planting, meandering streams, shared amenity, and secluded gardens connect communities and allow controlled access to the wider masterplan and amenities.

Over the course of two years, I worked as a masterplanner, designer and concept CGI in the designing of residential products within the greater Al Barari development.

I was tasked with the conception and distribution of residential and amenity typologies that fit into the greater project vision of an urban oasis.
