Project Description
Personal Impact Statement
This project sougth to utilise the roofspace atop an existing mall in central Dubai. This was driven by the opportunity for spectacular views over a neighbouring golf course towards the Burj Khalifa. The concept design uses a dynamic mix of internal and external food, beverage and retail space to frame views and vistas.
I worked as a concept designer and produced and managed CGI imagery over the rapid project timeline.
A quick concept turnaround with limited time to explore design meant I had to communicate a level of detail and realism by adapting existing design libraries and modified assets to suit the rooftop terrace.
